Strategic Plan

BNC has been continuously engaged in strategic planning. In 2013, the BNC produced the Strategic Plan. In 2014, Dr. Kamolrat Turner introduced a set of four overarching goals for BNC following a broad, consultative process. Centralized planning has continued to occur across the BNC in areas that bring out BNC's unique strengths including the 2013-2017 BNC Master Plan to advance our physical facilities, faculty development, instructional development, and the BNC Undergraduate Student Success Plan.
